We’ll gather at Namaste Yoga Studio in Wisconsin at 3:00 PM for a guided Sun Salutation practice as we welcome the balance of light and dark. We’ll move together, talk about the tradition of 108 Sun Salutations and why we practice them at seasonal transitions—but there’s no pressure to complete 108.

About the event
We’ll gather at Namaste Yoga Studio in Wisconsin at 3:00 PM for a guided Sun Salutation practice as we welcome the balance of light and dark. We’ll move together, talk about the tradition of 108 Sun Salutations and why we practice them at seasonal transitions—but there’s no pressure to complete 108. This is about presence, not performance.
Afterward, we’ll travel two miles to beautiful private Loon Lake. Even with the water still frozen, the quiet of the lake offers the perfect backdrop for a crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation. Surrounded by late-winter stillness, we’ll rest, reset, and step intentionally into spring.
